I will NOT accept refunds if the work is already in progress. Refunds are only allowed as follows:
- You request a refund before work has been started (I will update once WIP)
- I am unable to finish the work in the provided timeline, or due to outside circumstances. This will result in a partial (50%) refund.COMMUNICATION
I will send 1-3 WIPs throughout the process. I primarily work on commissions on the weekends, and will not send WIPS during the week. However, DM's are open during the week. I will contact via VGEN or Discord, unless otherwise requested.
